I go back with the Bullworker to the late 1960’s. I still have my original. Back then, it was called the ‘Tensolator’. Later, I bought one in the 80’s, the X5, which was sold by Sportcraft. I eventually gave it to my son. I’m now the proud owner of a new Bow Classic. I have come full circle. It has always been a part of my exercise life. I’m now in my late 60’s and have combined both isometric with isotonic exercise. I have a weight machine and to utilize my time wisely with no ‘down’ time, I will use my Bullworker for an exercise for that particular muscle group I’m exercising in between a set of reps thereby exhausting the muscle quicker and hopefully, get even better results. Time will tell. Anyway, I’m having fun and enjoying my new one which is lighter and updated!
