🔥 Superset 2: Tricep Cable Pushdowns Move straight into 1 minute of Tricep Cable Pushdowns. Focus on controlling the movement and really squeezing at the bottom of the pushdown to feel the full contraction.

Weeks 11 – 13: Chest/Tri, Back/Bi and Lower Body Splits
