Great, Small equipment but if you try to do all the exercises in the book! It is too much! A good workout anywhere.
Strong and simple, these little beauties allow full strength movements , can be hooked together for a range of different angles, are useful stretching, and allow Zass style isometrics. Also they are a great alternative to the expensive Isokinator, allowing isokinetic movements. Add to the bullworker for a range of new options to pull the device. So useful. Everything from a full workout to stretching.
I was looking at buying the germen isokinator but i didnot like the price! i bought the iso bows and i think you can do all the things that the isokinator for less money.
i was quite surprised i use them along with my workouts with the classic and steel bow and wow! they can really work you and have you sweating!!my workout is about 25 minutes long and with the bows i know i have a complete work out. Even looking at tv i used the bows by themselves and feel stronger.
Well made simple exercise device that uses your own body weight to help build muscle and improve flexibility. Great for pre and post exercise stretching. I am 71 years old and find the ISO-BOW’s ease of use to be beneficial and safe. Recommended; as are the other well made Bullworker products I have purchased direct from their website. Plenty of great and free info. is also available on their website on how to use their equipment; along with polite customer service. Some of the best money I have ever spent!
