JasonBgame I’m just starting out with the Bullworker way. I bought the Bow Basic, because it was the only one I could afford. I am starting a 30 day “Bow Basic Only” challenge to see what it will do for me. So far it’s day one and I am already feeling the burn, and even sweating. This is a very underrated exercise device, and surprisingly effective! I wished I learned about this device years ago. I’m calling this the Gateway Bullworker, because I know after I can save up and afford the other one’s, I’ll be collecting all the bullworkers. I really like how it is compact, and that I can do it in the comfort of my small apartment without bugging my significant other. I highly recommend!!!

Franco Columbo Bought the Bullworker Bow Basic because I was injured from doing too many pushups, I had used a Bullworker X5 back in 2005 (old design - new for 2005), and found it very good.
I decided to but a newer version, but the Bow Basic instead. Very good choice, very good workout, excellent for rehabilitation (rehab). Bullworkers are excellent, and I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Peter Ohman Thank you for a wonderful product, I do like it. There are a few questionswhat I have been thinking of. Why is the Basic Bullworker shorter than the original one? Belive me or not I have the one old one with those green grips.
I ask you because the training program poster that was included with the Bullworker is made for a longer verison, like the pictures in the training program shows and some of the exercises are nearly impossible to do because of this shorter model.
Otherwise I do like the Bullworker:)
