Sal D. I had the original Bullworker when I was 17 in 1973 and I loved it back then. However the Bullworker X5 Pro is much more advanced especially with the 5 springs of tensions, in which I received with the ISO-FLO and ISO-Bow 10 days ago. I workout everyday and I have been able to incorporate these Bullworker products into my routines by replacing some of my exercises in way where I actually have been able to have better recovery time. I've always been a fan of isometrics. But, after watching several f Chrisman's videos I realized I can combine isometric with isotonic by doing the reps after the isometric hold and for 3-4 sets now. I also find that I enjoy doing the bullwor:er product exercise more than the others I've been doing before I got these products. As far as results; in only 10 days, I see strength increases in the lower and upper body and the core. I really didn't expect to get results that quickly. I started with yellow spring and now using grey spring. Little by little I've been incorporating the Bullowrker with the ISO-BOW and ISO-FLO. I really recommend these products for any exercise level or age. Quite flexible.

joe smitht I used the lighter spring as the video shows, but the straps allow my muscles to be worked better. I don't know if it's just because the smoothness is better and the recoil is reduced. I'm definitely liking this model over the S3 by a medium amount. I say that because that's the difference in recoil and smoothness the X5 has over the classic. However, it's a smaller difference coming from the steel, as my video described, which shows that the steel is smoother than the classic.
I highly recommend people get the X5 if they haven't; well, wait for deals to get the best price like I did. I waited two months and paid $180. The X5 is a game changer.
I also notice compression changes, as my video shows. I didn't think Bullworker could make the S3 smoother with less recoil. I even made a post about this, saying they had to make it digital for the next model. I was wrong; having the X5 now proves me wrong since they did reduce the recoil and make it smoother
