This course introduces you to Bullworker training with the ISO-BOW Pro—a uniquely versatile tool designed to improve mobility, increase flexibility, and build usable strength through controlled, intelligent resistance.

Whether you’re looking to move better, reduce stiffness, support recovery, or build strength through full ranges of motion, this course shows you how to use the ISO-BOW Pro with purpose and confidence.

We begin with the fundamentals. You’ll learn how the ISO-BOW Pro’s webbing-based resistance allows for smooth, joint-friendly loading, how to create effective tension without strain, and how to perform each movement with control and intention. Short, easy-to-follow intro videos and exercise explanations ensure you understand proper setup, positioning, and execution from the start.

From there, you’ll apply what you learn in structured training.

The course transitions into a 6-week progressive program that blends mobility work, active stretching, and strength training using isometric holds and controlled movement. This approach improves range of motion while simultaneously building strength and stability—helping your body move better, feel better, and perform better over time.
