Been doing isometrics for quite a while, then into weight lifting since around the late 70s started with the original bowl worker then move to free weights and resistance training in the last 10 years of concentrating solely on isometrics as my workout routine as I’ve gotten older the iso bow Is a fantastic little device. It doesn’t look like much but it’s a powerful one two punch when you do the workouts that you’re supposed to do. It’s fun and it’s affecting your body will tell you that it’s working

really good equipment , i been using for about 2 years along with my ISO FLO, MY STEEL BOW AND MY BOW CLAASIC Im 64 and a former gym rat. You cannot go wrong with this product I lost 45 pounds in 4 years and i beleive the bullworker products has really helped

I bought the Iso-Bow even though I thought it was a gimmick, but how wrong I was.

I have only used it a few times. I often have quiet periods in work & this comes into its own. It is a great tool to enhance stretching and I was surprised at the burn you can get exercising with something so simple. I am surprised but very pleased with my purchase.

*I ordered the Iso-Bow but was sent a 'Pro' version. I contacted the company and asked for the basic one, and they sent that out pronto. Outstanding customer service to be fair.

Great item. I like to use it while using the vibration platform. I also like to use it as an extension band for the bullworker. Wish I had one of these back in my working days especially when travelling around doing software updates and having to wait for each command to complete.

This is a great item. Inexpensive and versatile. This may be the best item in the Bullworker line. If you are on a budget,this is the way to go, then maybe move up to a Bullworker later on
