Great product
A brilliant bit of kit very easy and light to carry and very comfortable to hold too and numerous exercises all with lovely photos and instructions no messing around and the exercises can all be mixed up so no linear if you don't want to only takes about ten minutes and builds muscles without trying
Iso-Bow is another legendary training accessory I got from Bullworker. I already own my dad's original 1980s Bullworker with its original all metal build.
In many ways, I feel, Iso-Bow wins in versatility over Bullworker, especially for seniors, joint rotations, warmup, cooldown etc, though Bullworker takes it up a notch with better range of motion /strength demands.
Iso-Bow is a definite must buy.
The iso bow in my mind is a mini bullworker that you can easily take with you wherever you go. The intense feeling that I receive from working out with iso-bow is real and rewarding, it's definitely a great isometric invention, perfect for everyone!!!
