Each exercise only requires 70% of your maximum effort for 7 seconds. Remember to breather during your contractions and focus on proper form.

12:30 PM – Bicep Curl | Tricep Extension

1:30 PM – Left Leg Extension | Right Leg Curl Medium

2:30 PM – Right Leg Extension | Left Leg Curl Low

10:00 AM – Reverse Fly
