What people are saying about the Bow Classic

(97 customer reviews)

I am seeing more results in toning and definition with this easy to use tool in places than what I achieved with weightlifting on its own. This tool allows me to really push and pull with as much or little effort as I’d like and at my size, I have a long way to go before I can max out the springs on this device.

Searched online for the best isometric device post Covid 19 closings to replace my regular gym/weightlifting facility. The Bullworker continued to be recommended above all others. I could not have purchased a better substitute to regular free weights and static machines found in a gym.

I used a Bullworker back in the 1970s, and it was lost in one of my many moves. I’m so happy to have a new model. I’ve incorporated it into my daily workouts, and I’m starting to feel (and see) results. I highly recommend the Bullworker as a central part of any home gym.

Been usng Bullworker since 1981(still have original Bullworker)great durable piece of excercise equipment,I purchased 4 Bullworkers gave some to a couple friends who now excercise regularly and keep strong and fit in their late fifties, possibly greatest portable excercise equipment out there.Personally I feel strong and vibrant,I have invented my own excercises to suit my needs and am very pleased.I think sometimes the Bullworker is thought of as some sort of gimmick equipment-I asure you its not, thanks to all the guys at Bullworker

Like a number of other reviewers, I had the original green-handled Bullworker when I was in high school. Now 61, I was glad to see that the products were still available. I’ve been using mine for about 9 months, and have progressed to the second spring — which I couldn’t budge at first. My strength gains have been significant, and the increased muscle strength has alleviated neck and shoulder pain because things have snapped back into alignment. The stress relief of regular use also is significant. And because the device is so easy to use, I’ve gotten back into the habit of regular exercising for the first time since my early 20s. I’ve also started using the IsoBow, and the two complement each other nicely.

    • Chrisman Hughes (verified owner)

Very cool to hear you are experiencing the benefits of your efforts. The alleviated pain, alignment, and stress relief alone are excellent and throw in the strength gains, well done Ronald! Keep up the good work!

The Bullworker Bow Classic is a fantastic product and it is an important part of my daily routine. It is also an excellent therapeutic and exercise device for my son who is a teen on the autism spectrum. I am a lifelong workout junkie and in my 5th decade of life. I continue to lift heavy weights (low reps), do difficult bodyweight exercises (hsp, L-sit etc), use medicine balls, boxing drills, running, ropejumping. So I wasn’t looking to add anything to my routine when I bought the Bow Classic to see how my son would take to it when he was about 11 or 12. I bought the Bow Classic for him because, as a non-verbal individual on the autism spectrum, he cannot communicate well enough to describe pain or injury in the kind of detail to know if he has an injury, or what type of injury- often associated with things like heavy weightlifting. I figured that isometrics are a great way to achieve maximum effort/load/tension in a safe way. But getting someone with nonverbal communication to understand the concept of max effort, overcoming isometrics isn’t easy. That’s where the Bullworker worked great. Due to the visible/measurable movement I was able to get him to make maximal efforts. He loves the routine and enthusiastically does it with me about 5-6 days per week. His strength and muscular development over the past 7-8 years are very impressive and the results started to show early on. And I was impressed with the Bow Classic and how it improved my overall strength as well as enabled me to work a muscle group that I was previously undertraining due to a joint injury. I later bought the Steel Bow, Iso Bow and Iso Flo to try them all. I love them all and the Iso Bow and Iso Flo are always in my suitcase when I travel. I really like that all of these products permit me to make maximal effort with no risk of injury and low stress on joints, enabling fast recovery and more frequent training. These products also permit me to do very heavy/high effort deadlift and suitcase lift type exercises when I am without access to heavy weights. The strength gains from using the Bullworker products have been measurable when I lift weights and significant. I also gained some visible muscle development from using them. The Bullworker products are effective and excellently designed, and they can be used as workout supplements or as the center of a complete program designed around them.

Thank you for sharing Lawrence. What a background you have in physical training. Very happy to hear you are enjoying your Bullworker products and what a fun story that the Bullworker is working well with you and your son! Give your son our best and to keep up the good work!

My Dad hda one of the original “Tensolator” Bullworkers that were made in Germany in the 1960’s. In the Early 1970’s I got one of my own. I still have both. I also have relatively a relatively new Bow Classic and well and a state of the art Steel Bow. I’m “77” and still pump iron on my Bullworkers. My gym is right down at the bottom of the stairs in my man cave and during the pandemic I didn’t miss a beat. Excellent Products and a real money saver compared to Gym Fees.

Been working out since I am a teenager and I had the original green handled Bullworker in the late 70s lasted forever.
The new and improved BW classic is an awesome update and the ability to change springs and resistance make this such a perfect versatile all around product for a stay at home and convenient full body workout. I have been using this since the covid lockdown last March and i no longer need to go to my expensive NYC gym. I am getting great results , all you need to do is follow the easy to learn program included with the BW and watch the great youtube videos on the “Bullworker ” channel and you will see the results as long as your consistent ! I now have all of the Bullworker products and the all work together with ease. KUDOs to the Bullworker family! Keep up the great work you do !
