A great alternative to weight lifting. Helps maintain muscle tone with an added benefit of saving time. I’ve been using Bullworker products since the early 70s and they’ve always worked for me. The new products are far superior to the earlier models. Great improvements to the original include the steel bow (smaller version of bow classic) and the ability to change spring tension. ISO Bow and ISO Flo are great for stretching exercise routines.

This is a great total body set. I am thrilled with my purchase. I use the ISO Gym every day, I can contort my body in different positions and really do a great workout. For when I travel, I take my steel bow and keep my workout routine, while staying uniform and in control of my workout. And for the office or when I’m using the Park and ride, I’m keeping fit with my ISO Bow, very discreet. And I use my Bull workout anywhere for n my house, but m not tied to any one room for a good workout. I know a lot of folks may make a double take at the price, but this system goes with you EVERYWHERE. And keep in mind, this is an investment you will likely only make one time in your life, and if you choose to stick with it, get the fitness you need to keep you in optimal health and strength. Though, I’d say fitness is my goal, not bulking up….
