I’m 63. I met and obtained my first Bullworker when I was teenager at 70’s.
Since then, the 7-10 mins exercise with it became a MUST, non-omittable action every morning, before to get dressed to go to the University and later and till now at work, no matter what pressure of time I had/have.
No need to mention that not my body condition, nor my health status show my age.
I’ve bought and brought at end-of-life condition, due to normal/frequent usage 10-12 pieces, all models and generations during my life.
Currently I have in use ONE BW in EVERY residency of my own, my main house in Greece, my country house in Greece and my house at Dubai and one more intact as hot-spare, in case one of them die suddenly, if this says something regarding my addiction to it.

Makes no sound, smooth mechanics and a pleasure to hold in hands to work with. The versatility of it is just amazing. Isometric, Isokinetic (IsoMotion) as well as Isotonic workouts are possible. I purchased the Bullworker 2 (Green Handles) in the 70s when I was 15. I used it off and on and even brought it with me while in the military (after basic, of course). The strength gauge is long gone but other then a little rust here and there it still gets the job done. A couple of years ago I purchased the Steel-Bow to augment the variety of exercises. I can heartily recommend the Bullworker line. After over half a century still going strong! Isometrics is a proven method to enhance and build muscular strength. Don’t take my word for it, just search online for Mike Mentzer, Bob Hoffman or Ken Hutchins.
My only issues is the Steel-Bow is less effective for some leg/back exercises (for me anyway).

I have been using the Bullworker for over five decades. We were introduced to them as kids. In the years that followed, I have traveled and worked in different continents and I had to part with the Bullworker several times. It never breaks. So I gifted three pieces to friends. My question is: Why doesn’t Bullworker Inc. set up operations in India?? Have one outlet in India which supplies products to everyone in the region. I’ve had a bullworker for over 50 years ! After being diagnosed with cancer almost 4 years ago my fitness and weight suffered with all the treatments and I didn’t exercise much because of fatigue etc. In January I decided to get a Steel Bow as it’s more portable. I started the 90 day programme in early Feb and did 3 sets of each exercise. The result is that in the 90 days my fitness and shape returned and I have lost most of the cancer weight gain. After the original bullworker in 1966 eventually tired I got an X5 and am now using this with the Steel Bow. The support and advice online is great too.! This is a brilliant product and there can be nothing better for home fitness. I highly recommend Bullworker.
